Refund Policy

At ShirtsWala.pk, we offer refunds only for faulty, damaged, or defective items. Refund requests must be submitted the next day after delivery by emailing refund@shirtswala.pk and contacting us on +923155506223

Delivery charges are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed within 5–10 days to your original payment method.

Exchange Policy

All products purchased from ShirtsWala.pk can be exchanged the next day after delivery if faulty, damaged, or defective.

Notify us via exchanged@shirtswala.pk and WhatsApp at +923155506223 with photos of the product to process the exchange.

Exchanges will only be processed online and must follow the proper return process.

Returns & Conditions

ShirtsWala.pk cannot accept returns or exchanges in these cases:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Requests after the next day of delivery

  • Items damaged due to use or tampering

  • Missing tags, labels, original packaging, freebies, or accessories

  • Prepaid items unless faulty or sold out
